I thought your god was keeping you safe

Yesterday I read about a bunch of kids who stole the donations box of a church in my country. Naturally the media called that "a major crime" but considering what criminals run and serve the church, I don't think stealing from a thief is a theft. Anyway, the article said there were 4 security cameras in that church and also (like many other churches around here) it had something in my language is called a "security roulette". IDK what it is called in English.

This brings me to the $1 million question - if your god keeps you safe, why:
• do you need cameras or that security thing from the above image?
• do you lock your car in the street or park it in a garage that has a lock?
• do you lock the door of your home?

That shows a serious lack of faith in your god. Therefore, all the so called "christians" are actually atheists.

Hehe
So... in your obviously great and well researched mind where in the bible or what verses do you quote that God promises to keep christians safe?

What if I told you he promises the opposite? In fact he hsaid he did not spare his son pain and suffering so then his followers should also expect the same treatment from the "good people'//you all of this world!!

That is why I own guns, why I have cameras why I loc the car most of the time and house when I can remember.

Apparently, he can cure you of a disease you never had, but he can't protect you. Got it.

Just no promises. there is no promise that God will save you from anything let alone from everything every time. Again God gave his son over to the wicked to this world and as followers of Christ why should we be expected to be treated any differently? The wicked of this world is a tool that can be used to test or even prune the followers of God in order so that we may grow in faith and in truth. kinda like living under the threat of an illness like cancer for two years. It makes one seek God in places someone occupied with living life may not look. It is the journey and ultimately the humility the journey produces that sit us one on one before God. As God has stated he will not see you in your pride.

bible teach..

Romans 8:
We know that in everything God works for the good of those who love him. These are the people God chose, because that was his plan. 29 God knew them before he made the world. And he decided that they would be like his Son. Then Jesus would be the firstborn of many brothers and sisters. 30 God planned for them to be like his Son. He chose them and made them right with him. And after he made them right, he gave them his glory.
God’s Love in Christ Jesus
31 So what should we say about this? If God is for us, no one can stand against us. And God is with us. 32 He even let his own Son suffer for us. God gave his Son for all of us. So now with Jesus, God will surely give us all things. 33 Who can accuse the people God has chosen? No one! God is the one who makes them right. 34 Who can say that God’s people are guilty? No one! Christ Jesus died for us, but that is not all. He was also raised from death. And now he is at God’s right side, speaking to him for us. 35 Can anything separate us from Christ’s love? Can trouble or problems or persecution separate us from his love? If we have no food or clothes or face danger or even death, will that separate us from his love? 36 As the Scriptures say,
“For you we are in danger of death all the time.
People think we are worth no more than sheep to be killed.”

37 But in all these troubles we have complete victory through God, who has shown his love for us. 38-39 Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not death, life, angels, or ruling spirits. I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—nothing in the whole created world—will ever be able to separate us from the love God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This is an assertion, christard. Now, where's the proof?

Every Christian's wet dream is to hear the words, "Deny Christ or I'll pull the trigger." They get spiritual erections from being persecuted.

So no, they don't think their rapist deity is protecting them from physical harm.
Jesus is like Pinocchio.  He's the bastard son of a carpenter. And a liar. And he wishes he was real.

I wouldn't say "every". Most "Christians" are just saying the right thing when they're pressed.
