Vision and Evolution (A Critique of Dawkins)

Motivation can have implications with regard to erroneous reasoning, which is why I dig. I notice you’ve ignored my questions for a third time now. I’ll try drawing closer to my point a quicker way. Do you accept the current scientific theory of evolution as the best explanation for the diversity of life on planet earth?

The theory of evolution does not explain the origin of life on earth. Science refute the theory of evolution. This theory is only an illusion.

Or they say, "He has invented it!" No, they don't believe! If what they say is true, bring a similar story! Have they been created from nothing? Or are they the creators? Or have the heavens and the earth created? No, they are not convinced.

List of failures in this post (incomplete):

1. The Theory of Evolution does not try to explain the origins of life. That would be abiogenesis.

2. Youtube videos are not proof of anything apart from the fact that people made youtube videos.

3. Quotes from magic books fail every time.

The general gripe isn’t about any of that, Grand. It’s the notion that the actual experience of “seeing red” is additional to sense perception and response. That there is no evolutionary explanation for the function of
Qualia.

Built atop this misapprehension is yet another misapprehension. The notion that modern synth somehow gets it wrong ( or doesn’t have an explanation for) how there could be developmental delays between the qualia system, the brain, and the sensory system, the eye.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Do you have some explanation for why you got that line of criticism less than wrong?

If we were playing a creationist drinking game we’d be sloppy drunk by now.

Do you worry about having joined a creationist cult, John?

If John was a Christian of the more liberal variety, he’d likely be a member of the, “god popped us all into existence and then let billions of years of natural processes do their work” camp. But, if that were the case, then he probably wouldn’t have such a stick up his butt about the human eye. These guys think they’re so stealthy, lol.

I'm not a Christian though. I left that childish, iron-age (dare I saw stone-age?) religion, a whole five minutes ago.

That’s nice, but you’re still wrong about the explanations that evolutionary theory possesses. Leaving your religion won’t change that.

Good, I expect nothing less.

Oh right, I'll fix the label. Thanks.

Is it still important to you that gaps be filled, and is it still important to you that your own position can fill those gaps, and do those filled gaps still strike you as important...or did that also disappear with a belief in Christ?

This sounds to me like trolling.

But then again, chimp (who seems to know him quite well) reckons he's legit.
