Do you know that even if this impeachment passes the democratically controlled house, the senate has said they are defaulting to the DOJ's investigation and judgement that nothing has been done to warrant an impeachment?

The fact that this will never pass the senate should be a big red flag for you guys!!! That the house is stalling and is trying to occupy it's time with these matters in an attempt to minimize what the president can claim in the way of accomplishments.

That and to try and knock some of you lower hanging undecided fruit into thinking he has done something wrong despite two reviews from the DOJ and what the Senate has determined.

I though most of you could clearly see politics being played here.

again sport the DOJ has investigated trump twice. one concluded on 11/25 and another two week investigation concluded a week ago give or take. The senate has pledge not to go any further because the authority and  oversight from the department of JUSTICE due diligence in their investigation is enough to settle the matter.

Remember with nixon and with clinton The Doj the house and the senate all found both to be guilt of high or heinous crimes. Here only the ultra left controlled house has found fault, but will not disclose it allow right wing members of the house freely participate in the investigation nor will they disclose any evidence or testimony without tight control/much of it being redacted.

This is again a unsupported (by the laws of the united states nor the constitution) political move to stall for time to minimize the president's accomplishments and to push non thinking 'dims' back to the hard left.

The only people buying any of this are those who do not speak english as their primary message and or ultra progressives who also take everything the idiot box tells them as 100% truth.

Again, Junior, those were NOT investigations.  That was Barr taking his head out of Trump's arse long enough to scan the complaint and say, 'Nope, looks OK to me.'  It was a FAILURE to investigate.

The Senate (as yet) has no legal standing in this matter.  It says so in your constitution. Maybe you should read it.

Nixon and Clinton were not found guilty of anything.  Nixon scarpered before he could be impeached and Clinton was acquitted at trial.

There is nothing - absolutely nothing - illegal or improper about this investigation.  The House has the 'sole power of impeachment'. This means that the House can launch an impeachment at any time, for any reason, under any circumstances, and using whatever procedures they like.  There is literally NOTHING to prevent them from doing that.

Are you aware that House republicans have been present at every single hearing during the investigation, and have the same amount of time as the democrats to ask questions?  Read the fucking transcripts.

But the DOJ is not a branch of government. It is a department within the Executive branch (Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?).  And the DOJ's investigation (Mueller) found ten instances in which Trump may have obstructed justice.  You missed that bit?

It isn't necessary for Trump to commit a crime for an impeachment inquiry to proceed.

The House hasn't charged Trump with anything. This is an investigation.  Had the DOJ done it's job, the House wouldn't have to.

How fucking clueless are you? Republicans are in the hearings.  They are allowed to question the witnesses.  Each Republican member has the same about of time as each Democratic member to ask questions.  How is this 'not allowing'?
