Trump slams governors, demands they open houses of worship 'right now'

I just finished watching California's governor Newsom's press conference updating the situation in our state. Guidance on religious gatherings is set to come out Monday, which is not what the chump is "ordering". I really like our governor. He's been careful with his words, but his actions amply demonstrate that the pestilential vermin infesting the oval orifice doesn't tell him what to do.

Yet more evidence that Trump understands neither his job nor how your government works.  He can 'demand' whatever he wants, much like a spoiled child can 'demand' a chocolate bar.

But when it comes to 'ordering' state and local governments to do certain things, he's got about as much authority as a pickled turnip.

Our previous governor (D) brought the state out of massive debt and Newsom kept the momentum. The state had billions in reserve for this sort of thing. They set up an arrangement with a manufacturer of N95 masks and has people on site in China supervising the quality control. Millions have been purchased and distributed. I don't think or expect that would be provided gratis, but they are available. Contrast that with the orange infestation refusing to release masks in Federal possession to the states in their time of need, yet sending them and other PPE to his puppet master. I don't think there is a low enough level this creature can stoop to.

California is a blue state. They'll go D again this time. The RNC is sadly mistaken if they think it's going to help them if people have to go to the polls.
