Stepping back, as a comment on the phenomena rather than an individual - I don't think that it matters, no more so than their style matters.

The arguments may not reflect reality, the arguer may be incompetent, but they are consistently and specifically presenting a worldview in which people are devalued and disenfranchised for their whiteness.

Ironically, I suspect that our tendency to call them ignorant or assume that they're edgelords is a way to avoid the uncomfortable reality of what they keep insisting to be true of themselves, and keep insisting that everyone else is lying about. Some of them might lean on those euphemizing fictions themselves. In their minds, they're simultaneously not racist -and- we all secretly agree with these racist things they've been arguing. Roll that around for a minute and you might start to wonder just what any of us would have to do before they believed that racism was involved - aside from disenfranchising and shaming and genociding the whites, obviously.

I think that's a bit of the fallacy of the beard. We all have implicit bias that we don't sense in ourselves, but few would call that racism, although technically it is. Racism as a term is typically reserved for those whose attitudes about race are significantly out of step with the idea that the races are fundamentally equal. We all have our knee-jerk biases, it only becomes an issue when it becomes substantial and significantly deviates from the norm. Though I would agree that it's a hard thing to recognize in one's self. Most of us are poor observers of our own behavior. Like privilege, racism is largely invisible to those who are racist. Our general lack of insight as people makes for a huge market for psychotherapeutic services. What role the idea of white persecution, that whites are really the oppressed race, is not something I'm all that sure about. You seem to want to put an awful lot of eggs in that basket.

It's the recruiting ideology of contemporary white supremacy. I'm content to posit that the point at which a person is spreading the recruiting ideology of contemporary white supremacy as their own positions on a given matter, it makes little sense to avoid the categorization.

"I'm not a white supremacist, I just agree with white supremacist ideology" is a non starter for me. "I'm not a white supremacist, I just spread white supremacist ideology to pwn libtards for the lulz" - equally, a distinction that makes no difference ..granted, to me. Someone who peddles white victimization is in no way blind to their own racism - they are very much aware of and obsessed by it, believe it to be true, and believe that people secretly agree with them.

Long story short, imo, we're not dealing with crypto-racism or implicit bias when a person starts voluntarily blurting out those fourteen words.

For the life of me I do not know why England and Canada and Australia don't have Freddy Mercury on any of their notes.

Shit, Australia should have ABBA on one of their notes. ABBA was popular in Australia in the 70s.

Canada should have one of the Characters of "Strange Brew" on their "hoser" notes.

I was fucking disappointed when I landed in Australia, everything was right side up. I was also pissed the trip I took to Japan and there was no giant lizard tearing up Tokyo.

Maybe because Freddie (note correct spelling) Mercury wasn’t English, Canadian, or Australian. It’s almost unheard of for countries to put foreigners on their currency.

Note that I dont care.

The joke was not about Freddie's nationality, but the name "QUEEN" who is still technically the ruler of Canada and Australia, whom have never had a war or legally separated from England.

Ok, your sense of history is as bad as your grammar.

-Elizabeth II isn’t the ‘ruler’ Canada or Australia.

-Canada and Australia are both independent, sovereign nations.

-Canada and Australia were never part of ‘England’ to begin with. Look it up.
