Black folks don't hold any power in this county, were on the bottom of the damn ladder (yes, even lower that white trans folk) we ain't denying anyone a damn thing., so how about you holla at your fellow white folks.

Answer your own question, you intellectual zombie. There’s an idea. I don’t see how believing black people are lazy could possibly hurt black people. That’s just my very favorite, cuddly, snuggly belief that I like. What’s it to anyone else?

And? We've survived just fine for over 400 years and had to endure worse than "thoughts", and were still dealing with the ramifications of all the past racist POLICIES, so you're right, I'm not concerned about trans issues. We have our own issues to deal with.

Have you been surviving just fine for over 400 years?

It seems like that couldn't be the case if people were black genociding you by buying off big gay to destigmatize trans identities for that effect. I mean, the whole point of white supremacy is to keep you in a diminutive state.......?

Are you sure you understand how we've been doing things? Maybe you don't give Cletus enough credit? He's got you shooting at steve-come-susan like a dumb asshole. Carry on, need some extra rounds...? We'll bring em to you, just keep doing what you're doing!

I'd never even thought about that one, and I'm a stats whore.  Trouble is I don't know how to (or don't have the patience to) check my profile for specifically colorful language.  I sure as shit hope I've got you beat on that one.

Do I?

If I don't..I'm fucking up, failing to convey the reality of open white supremacy as it plays out.  I know these people, my people, and I feel as though it's incumbent upon me to give them an accurate representation no matter how shitty or fucked up other people interpret that to be.

Is there a point made by anyone in this thread that you haven’t rammed head-first into and still missed? Jesus Christ on a fucking cracker.

Do you think that false, bigoted beliefs about black people don’t directly influence racist policies that hurt the black community?  Who actually dropped you on your head as a child? Is there anything rattling around up there? Or is it just a brain stem with a cross jammed into it?

His black mother dropped him on his head as a child, as they're wont to do, being incompetent.....aren't they?

Nothing wrong with believing that......right?

And it simply couldn’t be, in your lizard brain, that those issues are comparable in nature and intersect each other all the time, could it? I mean, that would lead to you caring about the suffering of the trans community, and well, that’s certainly not a palatable option for you, committed as you are (self-admittedly) to your bigotry.

Not as long as you really, really like the belief; that it feels so good snuggling up with at night. Personal taste is always more important than objective, real-world consequences. Derp.

OFC. My granpappy believed it, and it makes me comfortable to believe it, so it must be true. QED.

Hell the man is 90 and I'm 40 and we still snuggle up at night in each others arms, all with love, comfortable in our whitey tighties in the belief that we, ultimately, rule the world...and that this is how it should be. Especially so long as we can count on bigoted black men to do our work like livestock...to that effect. Who's a good boy...who's a good boy....... Huggy's a good boy............

Sup Huggs, you feel any certain way about all this?

We should rename this thread:

“That thread where @Huggy Bear outs himself as a gross bigot and can’t figure out why that’s like, bad and stuff”

I hope you realize  we have a racist (aka Jim Crow Joe) sitting in the White House this very moment, who authored the crime bill that disproportionately incarcerated black men.

But you want me to be concerned with trans issues. 🙄

The only way racist policies hurt black folk is by us integrating into white society. Black folk were ironically far more successful during segregation.  MLK feared he "had led his people into a burning building" by pushing for integration, and white people were like sure "we'll keep our friends close and our enemies closer', they sawwhat we could do when left the hell alone (black wall street).

Would you let your enemy educate your kids?

It's funny how the Civil rights act benefits everyone except black folk. White women are the biggest beneficiaries of affirmative action, white gay and trans are considered a "minority"...

I asked if y'all had ever heard of the Benign neglect policy, in which the government will never commit to do anything specific for black people, which is why legislation that "supposed" to be for us is always worded "people of color" or "minority" which includes EVERYBODY. When the Asian hate crime bill was passed, that was specific to Asians and Pacific islanders, there was no "minority" language in the bill. When bills get passed for LGBT, it's specific to LGBT, there's no "minority" language in the bill.

The congressional black caucus who are SUPPOSED to be advocating for black folk, focus on immigrant groups and  LGBT groups, basically every except black folk. Asian groups don't advocate for anyone except Asians, Hispanic groups don't advocate for anyone except Hispanics.

These groups know that black people are the only group with a legitimate grievance, which is why they are so obsessed with comparing themselves to us or having us speak on their behalf, those days are over.

Using Black Wall Street as an example of the good stuff black people can do if they're left the Hell alone is frankly absurd. While, yes, Black Wall Street was prosperous in its day (there's a reason Booker T. Washington gave Greenwood District that name), without dismantling the White Supremacist Power Structure, it was doomed to eventually fail. Not because there's some inherent flaw in black people that made it fuck up, but because the racist white people who lived there were pissed off enough by its success that they eventually found the first incident they could use as a pretext to burn the whole place down, leave 10,000 black people homeless in the aftermath of what is likely the biggest incident of racial violence in American history, and leave its success forgotten for almost a century.

Well, that and they didn't exactly turn white folks away if they were interested in going there.
