Uh... That is one way of looking at it.
The other is he was pointing a gun at someone defending himself....
Read the article. He said under oath that Rittenhouse did NOT fire until he pointrd his pistol at Rittenhouse
If Grosskruerz had fired first ( they were at point blank range) would HE be up on charges?
There really isn' t an innocent party here.
They ALL fucked up.
And he killed 2. Wounded 1.
No dude. The Rambo baby face twat had no legal right to even possess a firearm and he transported across state lines illegally. Not only that the jackass claimed to be there to protect property and lend medical aid while there. Name me one fucking fireman or EMT that needs an assault riffle to lend aid?

If Grossenkreutz fired first, he’d probably also be up on charges at some point. Thing is, in the real world, he didn’t fire first. He didn’t fire his gun at all. And did Rittenhouse not shoot and kill two people before Grossenkreutz decided to aim at him?
Also, I changed the bit about him killing three people after I looked at the body count. And that was within five minutes of my originally posting. And now that I noticed I reiterated the false claim in the part Biker didn't quote and didn't change it, I have done so while I still can.

I'm hopping for a hung jury and retrial, with a new judge. This one was a cluster.

You seem to be forgetting that the third guy he shot was doing the exact same thing - claiming to be medic while packing live iron.....

You know, except for the fact that one guy shot three people and killed two, and the other guy only drew his gun to neutralise the threat of an active shooter and never even got to fire his gun. Other than that, totally identical.

About the judge, I saw it reported on Philip Defranco that this judge has actually been unfair and a hardass in previous cases. Like, he's well-known for this kind of biased handling.
I admit, I haven't been keeping up. I forgot about Rittenhouse.
Do you think the tears were real or fake? Don't lawyers coach their clients before they go on the stand? How many times has he told this story? I don't doubt that it's traumatic to kill someone (2 people) but it feels convenient to produce tears/be unable to speak on the stand.

My guess? He will get less than 10 years... And he killed 2 people...
Ask me - he should get about 20 years total.
And the third guy he shot owns half of his own bullet. He should get 10 years just on illegal carry....
