Lithuania has re-named the street of the Russian Embassy in Vilnius 'The Street Of Ukrainian Heroes', has ordered that all documents from the embassy to the Lithuanian government MUST contain the new address, that all Embassy employees' business cards have the new address, and has instructed the postal service not to deliver mail with the old address to the Embassy.

Asked my lithuanian 2nd cousin, and he confirmed. More than that. Lithuaninans have written some "greetings" on the road to the russian embassy:
