Russia and Ukraine
RE: Russia and Ukraine
...and what's the problem with china gaining from the idiocy of russia, or any of the other states currently laundering russian oil at russias expense to their own benefit, anyway? Last I checked they weren't presently involved in the invasion of a neighboring state. I mean really, stanning for russia by complaining about china? Pick a lane.

Also, this nonsense that Russia has time. No, it doesn't which is why it's acting in the erratic way it is they know they don't have time, And throwing more bodies at something doesn't win wars. Also, Ukraine has been using conscripts since the start of the war and so far they have been doing alright. The fact Russia is being forced to draft at all shows what dire straits they are in. There is no reason under competent leadership Russia should need more troops. Russia is losing by every metric an army can lose. despite what cope lords like Bel will say.

Let me see if I can recap whose fault this is...the US, Haiti, the US, Italian protestors, The US, China, The US, Dick Cheney, the US, Kennedy/Cuba, the US, everyone except Russia.

Does that about sum up the insight supplied us by the art guy?

My fellow Russians:

My 3 day war into Ukraine has run 8 months. We lost the battles of Kyiv, Kharkiv & Izyum & are retreating in Kherson. The Moskva was sunk & Kerch bridge damaged. 69,000 Russian soldiers died.

The next stage of my war will be even more glorious!

Yeah, but the US is at fault. If you treat a country like its the villain, eventually it's going to identify and behave as such. Duh.

Sure, time and numbers, just like Nazi Germany had in '45 when they called up boys and old men to fight too.

It was the Russians who defeated the Nazis, due to time and numbers (and greater industrial output).

Remember that time Russia won that war.  Without help from anyone.  All their own damn selves.

Actually, that's a myth

1. Russia didn't beat the Germans alone without Allied help they would have been screwed.

2. The only time Russia had was the Russian climate and that had more to do with terrible German planning and logistics than the Russians themselves.

3. The idea Human wave is simply a myth. Russia throughout ww2 had acute manpower shortages and throughout Operation Barbarossa the Germans had more troops.

4. Russian industrial capacity didn't win the war either. Without land leases , Russia would have been screwed.
