So Ukraine reported that 10 Russian missiles evaded interception, and then went on to damage critical infrastructure at 18 points. NY Times is unable to confirm these reports, perhaps because they can count.

You understand that, depending on the missile, one missile is capable of causing damage to more than one target, right?

Even without that, a 1000kg warhead makes a pretty substantial bang.

Let’s suppose that kindly Uncle Vlad decides, in the interest of freeing those poor, suffering Ukrainians from Hitler and Satan,  that he needs to bomb a maternity hospital (a valid military target if ever there was one). One of the ten missiles (out of 55) that gets through hits the hospital. That’s one infrastructure point hit.

But the debris from that hit stubbornly refuses to stay put - sizable chunks of steel and concrete fly every which way. One of them flies a half mile and takes out and electrical transformer. That’s number two. And so on.

Maybe the New York Times can’t count, but I’m fairly certain Ukrainians can.

Yes, thank you.

The US certainly creates false evidence. They lie.

All sides lie, especially when they're at war.

We should be extraordinarily skeptical of all sides.

Seriously? YOU’RE going to sit there with your naked face hanging out and suggest people be ‘extraordinarily skeptical’? YOU?

When it goes against his narrative he demands skepticism but when the freaking Greyzone spews some Kremlin talking point it's gospel. Because "America Bad"

Innit stunning how many people who are conversant with one branch of human knowledge are conversant with ALL human knowledge?

This is why, when I need my car fixed, I look for an expert in East Asian fertility rites.

At least he might be able to help you out.  Provided you can wait about 16 years, give or take depending on labor laws.

Russia is ready to return to "grain deal" and allow bringing grain out of Ukraine if Kyiv guarantees the safety of the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, - Russian media

From "we'll take Kyiv in three days" to demanding Ukraine guarantee the safety of Russian warships.

Sure they are, maybe because a bunch of tugboats left port pushing open barges of piled grain right in their faces. They fired at one, may have killed a couple of the crew..no matter, they just kept going anyway. Pretty hard to insist that you're still maintaining a successful blockade at that point. May as well call it intentional when the other guy says fuck your warship to it's face. Same play on snake island, iirc.
