A change in russian leadership and a rethink of what russia is by a russian administration sounds great - unless you're Vlad the Bad. Sounds like shit then - so it can't happen as long as Vlad is still at the helm.

At the above, the f35 would be baller if it worked, which is the goal of the f35 project. The a10 is better than what ukraine is using to do a10 shit. The a10 might be a bad idea, and it may be a bad idea for ukraine to even try to do what theyre doing with sub-a10 shit....but...still..theyre gonna do it. You fight with the army you have, unless you can get the army you want....or something like that. Russia, are you listening?

Accept as the idea above points out it does work and it's critics are simply wrong

I think the point of writing up the story about the ukrainian pilots what made their own bootleg a10 sim was just as much, or more valuable an exercise, in identifying with the west as it was describing a practical reality.

Seriously, though, the f35 doesn't work. That doesn't mean it can't or won't and these are always the kinks we work out for any "mature" weapon system. The reason the nuts bring this shit up is just bait. They'd rather not talk about how nuts they are. They'd rather get somebody else to say something nuts so they can make hay. They don't give a fuck if the f35 works. When the f35 is a mature system with kinks worked out they won't abandon their nut principles for having been proven wrong. They'll just point to how the f35 replacement also has kinks to work out. Bel already laid that ground. It's like clockwork.

Never! Reeelax. I have whats called (by enemy combatants) a combatants mentality. I don't want to even hear about the futility of my response until I've been afforded every opportunity to make violence successful. If some ukrainian pilot thinks they can do something with an a10 - well, let em prove it or prove themselves wrong. What's the worst that could happen that isn't already happening?
