Really and there is actual proof of such a program and actual craft that isn't just fishtales....No ...I thought not.

Wow, so they changed from one stupid short form to another.... Hehe

Just one more way the UFOols try to make reality fit their hallucinations.

It's out of date if one chases the coolest babble, certainly.

When I was at NSA in the early 80s, I heard rumors that a lot of UFO reports were our own experimental aircraft and early drones; but I didn't work in any department that would be directly involved in something like that, so can neither confirm nor deny. My strong impression from having worked there though is that the NSA would much rather civilians think aliens are visiting earth than compromise our intellgence gathering capabilities.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

That's been the governments MO since the 50's. They were surprised by how well it worked in roswell.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Bolding mine

Are there any such programs? You you know about any programs? Or is it that you dont know?

I don't know the nuclear codes. That doesn't mean that they aren't identified, to someone. I'm agnostic and I still lean toward this all being a psyop when it comes to retrievals or aliens, but I do accept the UAP phenomena as a real thing.

Virus in nature? ludicrous.  Alien spaceships? you betcha.

Entirely irrelevant what any government reports say or official government position is, unless it's something that you would think they wouldn't want us to know. Then my ears perk up. Otherwise, governments lying and covering things up is par for the course.

It's not stupid at all. There's no reason things in space acting strangely like Oumuamua and things in the oceans should be left out of the category of UAP, so they are now being included. NASA is studying UAP and taking it seriously. It all makes perfect sense and you are just complaining for no reason.

It's not about being cool. It's about being inclusive of several different kinds of anomalous phenomena. There is no reason not to place them all under the same umbrella, thus we have finally done so, as logic dictates. Ta da.
