No, he didn’t. The salt in the mummy wasn’t sea salt. And - as has been mentioned - Ramesses II was in no condition to lead an army that was chasing Jews who were never there to begin with.

But the fact still rings: the verse 92 sura 10 does mention the "preservation of the Pharaoh's body" way before mummification of Egyptian Pharaohs was even discovered !

The existence of salt in the discovered mummy is not the point of the verse.
