Is that really the best you can do? Your deity must be so disappointed that it created syphilis and all it got was you.

You started it, asshole. I can play that game, too

I should add that you are free to mock and ridicule statements/arguments

Or, are you just trying to build a straw-man army?!?

You said evil is not a force in the world. What does that mean?

I explained that in my post. If your reading comprehension is so poor that you can't figure it out, that's a 'you' problem.

I did, using a dictionary definition of objective. "Objective" means according to the facts. Therefore liars who try to cheat others are immoral, etc. etc.

So atheists use facts to derive their moral perspectives, just like almost all people. You see our moral standards voiced in this forum all the time.

Perhaps you think that humans have no moral impulses unless they are given to them by God. This is incorrect per evolutionary psychology. We evolved to be empathetic social creatures, and we can be real sticklers about fairness. Philosophy simply works from that basis in human nature.

So "all men are created equal" can be derived from that common, evolved human nature as well as from any God-concept. Better in fact, since science avoids religious tribalism.

Just as religious people have a mythology about how the world was created, so too they have a mythology about how people derived their moral perspectives.

Evil being force is a nonsensical statement. I've never made any such claim, so not sure what you meant by bringing it up

Even if "based on facts," why is anyone obligated to observe it if they can evade the law?

So far no one except one person engaged. The others were all over the place, changing the topic, Gish-galloping and crashing out. Not one was able to show how an OBJECTIVE standard for morality can exist without a deity. Can YOU actually do it without a tu quoque fallacy, answering with a question, whataboutism, red herring, etc.?

There's no objective standard for morality with your gawd. Why do we need to posit one without gawd(s)?

Nobody is obligated to observe any laws other than the ones of physics. As amply demonstrated by this long list of people who clearly didn't.
