Can an American citizen be a real atheist?
RE: Can an American citizen be a real atheist?
I don't know whether the OP is being serious or not!

He starts out with a 'reasonable' (if rather petty) argument, and now is banging on about Astral Projection and bizzare notions of aliens manipulating the human genome! He sounds just like my older brother who is a diagnosed paranoid scizophrenic - says it all really.
The truth may be puzzling. It may take some work to grapple with. It may be counterintuitive. It may contradict deeply held prejudices. It may not be consonant with what we desperately want to be true. But our preferences do not determine what's true - Carl Sagan

PSTD mate...apparently he came here to "test" himself to criticism and deemed himself 'cured' ... from past experience i give him about 3 years before we find him dead from substance abuse....meh.
The paranoid schizophrenic is Pel (with associated substance abuses and criminal activity.

I never signed any contract saying 'I am not an atheist'.

Just checking in, I'm amazed of you professing atheists...I thought all of you "moved to" a communist country already,Russia,Cuba,N.Korea and China all in agreement with your no god belief.

I don't know about a maniac , but this I know, 99% of the 7 billion humans believes in some form of God,while 1% of them believes in no god..betting in horse racing a 99 -1 odds is a real maniac.

only 1% of the 7 billion population are on your side ,while 99% on my side,hey...99-1 a race horse with that kind of odds needs a miracle from God to win.

Source please. I claim you are lying, due to numerous demographics of non-belief in God.

Also you claim China is entirely "no god" which by default via world population proves your 1% to be untrue.

You have a choice. You are lying about China being predominantly atheist, or you are lying about the 1%. Its one or the other there.

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?

fallacy? I don't think so. 99-1 and I'm being generous giving your group a 1 %...most likely less than half of the 1%
