I do indeed:
...and just for you Kichi:
Oh, and "visits" are kinda like "sessions" in Google Analytics (which is where these graphs come from), which is why the number of visits isn't that high. We get around 30,000 "visits" a month, but around 350,000 actual pageviews, and millions of actual hits. Basically, the same person visiting again and again over the course of a few hours will probably count as only one session, but they will rack up a load of pageviews, and a load more hits.

I'm from Alaska and the "danger" is the high rape rates and domestic violence. Which most is alcohol related. Rapes are common with the homeless Alaska natives, and most are under the influence of alcohol. Also the villages are a pretty big mess and those all factor into the statistics. Drunk homeless people walking around the largest city in Alaska is very common, as well as them turning up dead in the city here is pretty common in the winter as well. Lots of alcohol related crimes.

Or fall through the ice. Or freeze to death. Or drown. Or get trapped by snow/fallen trees. Or fall down a mountain or cliff. Or bike in the wilderness and be killed by a grizzly or moose or coyotes/wolves. Or a big dog (which it seems many poor people have a few). Major problems with alcohol, lesser one with assorted other illegal drugs (one being meth). Or sink through the mud at turnagain arm and die. Or crash into someone along one of our worse roads (read: ALCAN, turnagain pass). SLIDE ON THE ICE INTO A FUCKING TREE OR POLE OR DITCH AND DIE. Buy snow tires or chains, depending on what you drive (bus: chains). DO NOT EAT WHITE BERRIES, or most red ones. Don't sleep in the cold. Understand that we have permafrost in many places (don't build like it's Texas). Or get shot while hunting. etc. Respect winter, or die.
Anchorage is also filled with gang-related crime, and a great deal of petty crime. Various villages (particularly native) are full of bootlegged alcohol. Did I mention AK's rape rate by chance?

It's northern, there's violent crime. Yes it's dangerous. So many people die up there to the stupidest of things (ie: not wearing a lifejacket on the water)... had to vent.

Thanks Tiberius... I wouldn't expect any "visits" from the Northern Territory... Beef Cattle and Kangaroos don't have the Internet! population is low too
No data from NZ?? or are the hits so low they don't show up??

Interesting.
Rich, religious, but dangerous.
Poor, least religious, but safe.
America is really strange, I must say.

Maybe it's because the rich & religious can buy guns, fast cars, and think that God is protecting them all the time.

Well, here it's quite the reverse.
Here, only the poor and religious places are the most dangerous ones.
But not due to the religious people, on the opposite, leftist/communist terrorists make the mountains unsafe for both our army personel, and incoming tourists.
