On what basis? The woman deserves providence over her own body, surely. Besides, promoting state-sanctioned abortion will simply reduce the rates of makeshift abortions, which are dangerous and often painful. Your proposition of banning certain abortions needs defending.

I would say that unrestricted abortions on demand, late term abortions, and partial birth abortions beyond the scope of cases that involve saving the life of the mother and cases involving rape and incest need defending. I would also like to see Planned Parenthood defunded as long as they continue abortion proceedures....and I don't think that taxpayers should be held accountable for all the reckless behavior and irresponsible choices made by the Sandra Flukes.
