Some of the Democrat lies include that Republicans are racists and are trying to supress the vote for poor people and are racial profiling because a few states are trying to pass laws that would require picture ID's before voting. That's utter bullshit! The laws are intended to prevent fraud. We have to present picture ID's in our state before voting....

I think all the racist signs you see at Tea Party rallies are doing that for us. Hell, just the fact that the birthers exist is pretty racist (and ironic, too, when you consider McCain was born outside the continental US as well, but nobody ever asked him for a birth certificate).
No, I don't think all Republicans are racist, but the Republican party seems to be the party to go for if you are racist. It's also worth mentioning, nobody within the GOP is speaking up about the racism that the party is using, either, so while they might not all be actively participating in the racism themselves, they don't disapprove of others racism.
