Media Endorsements of Presidential Candidates
RE: Media Endorsements of Presidential Candidates
NY Times Endorses Obama

"President Obama has governed from a deep commitment to the role of government in fostering growth, forming sensible budget policies that are not dedicated to protecting the powerful, and saving the social safety net to protect the powerless."

Umm Who cares "Who endorses Whom" Surely americans are capable of making up their OWN minds with regard to policy and capability the said "endorsements" are irrelevant?

Or am I expecting too much??

The point of the endorsement is to read the rationale behind it, to gain the perspective of the endorser, and possibly see or learn something new.

Kichigai, are you an adult?

I'd be happy to compliment you for real if you'd like, but I'd appreciate an answer to the question.

the list you provided not doesn't equal $500 billion AND it assumes "savings" from things like "privatization" which has been proven not to work, what does the phrase "assuming robust economic recovery with 4% annual growth" even mean? What defense era spending cuts have there been???????????????? You might think we need an army large enough to defeat the alien invasion, but the military budget should be shrunk there's no reason for it be that large.

When did conservatives decide that a governments sole responsiblility should just be to, tax people to pay for wars in brown people's countries?

Read the detailed plan to see the rest of the $500B and answer your questions.
