Judge Upholds Firing of Fundie Fuckhead
|
|
Meh.. If you see it what else is their to say?
I see some flaming idiot who got his ass fired for preaching at work.
Good. Fuck him. And his god.
God damn right, moron.
Okay, 1. belief in evolution or intelligent design has nothing to do with someone's ability to perform in computer science. 2. The judge hasn't even made his ruling yet. Why not wait to hear the ruling? When he makes that decision, you will know what he accepted as a. the reason fro the dismissal, and b. whether it was an unfair dismissal or not.

I don't know how I feel about this. I see both sides. Bottom line though, Christians are called to submit to authority unless it conflicts with Biblical truth. If your employer asks you not to talk about religion at work, I don't think you should talk about religion at work.
You get it, Jeff.
Your employer is not at fault for insisting that when you are at work you work...not preach. RE: Judge Upholds Firing of Fundie Fuckhead

Preaching at work should be grounds for firing. If that turns out to be why he was fired, I support it.
Respect for your beliefs ends once you try to push it onto others. RE: Judge Upholds Firing of Fundie Fuckhead

If your employer asks you not to talk about religion at work, I don't think you should talk about religion at work. Because christianity relies at its heart on biblical assertions irreconciliable with systems of truth finding demonstrated to have sustained unique and genuine improvements in human condition, Nothing can have sustainable moral authority without at it its heart being fundamentally irreconciliable with the bible. . Telling your employees how to vote should be grounds for having all your assets taken from you. |
