I can only speak for myself really. There are many reasons why I am convinced that the Qur'an is the speech of God, too long to post here. But the chief reason, the main reason is something which is difficult to convey to those who are not linguists especially in the semitic languages but I'll say it anyway. The rhythm and rhyme of the Qur'an convinces me that it is a Divine speech, not the speech of a human. The exact reasons are far too detailed for me to elaborate here but I will show you a 4.5 minute clip of a chapter of the Qur'an being recited if you want to listen. Here's a question for the Muslim here: why does Allah demand we do his killing for him? He's clearly more powerful and he can do his own dirty work without any chance of innocent bystanders being hurt.

Course, this question could be asked of most theists.
