The guy is a class A dirtbag. He's going through a foreclosure on his house because he hasn't paid a dime on it in three years (I've read the complaint), even though he has the means to do so. He blows his money on drugs, booze, and video poker.

I actually read about a guy once whose ex-wife moved from South of England all the way up to Scotland just so he cannot have easy access to the kids, she still gets the weekly checks from him mind you. The feminists have had a rampant victory here in England.

Having said that, this guy in this situation does sound like a real douche.

Oh, I understand not getting invested in it. I *am* biased, but I've attempted to leave my bias out of it as much as I can. No doubt the dickhead has his own version of the story. His is wrong, though. Big Grin How's that for bias?

375$ a month..for two kids is this? Motherfucker. I pay 680$ a month for one and I don't get to do the visitation thing. Used to be more..but that shit nearly broke my back and I got a reduction.

Yeah, it's a travesty. He makes 5 grand a month and his kid gets the table scraps.

Personally? I don't need a fucking court order (and garnishment) to tell me to take care of my kid.
