Really? It was the definitive Nazi society that proced men like Wernher von Braun, paving the way to the modern space age, communication satellites and the like.

But at what cost?

Why was he employed by Hitler?

What was his orginal task?

How was hitler using his educated rocket scientist? V1/buzz bomb, V2/A-4, Do you know how hitler used these rockets? (Hint: they were not used to send up satilites or put man on the moon.)

Von Braun is a perfect example of how an education and it's use, is determined by the soceity in which a person lives. When He was a Nazi he provided hitler with the means of committing Crimes against humanity on a scale and at a distance that no one upto that point had ever seen before. When he was taken by the US his focous was shifted alittle to include space travel. (but even so we still built bigger and more destructive rockets with what he offered.)

You guys want to turn a blind eye to the fact that every soceity including your own weaves in it's own properganda and soceital promoting agendas into the netural facts of a general education. The fact that some of you think that everything labled as 'education' is indeed for the betterment of one's self, shows that you have mindlessly swallowed the properganda along with the facts.

The truly 'educated' are often times no better off than anyone livingunder hitlers germany who has also bough into the properganda of their country.

I can only assume that a person who believes in a magical sky daddy because a book told him he must has no idea just how painfully ironic this post is.

The past few times I have stepped foot in a church (Catholic) it was mainly older people there. There might have been some 30 or 40-somethings and of course children with those, but very few 18-30 year olds. Christianity is losing its youth, and good thing, too. I'm guessing that if children weren't dragged to church with their parents they wouldn't go either. I know I always hated having to go to church when I was a kid. Well, make that always. As a young adult I still went because I thought I had to, not because I wanted to. I always saw it as a pain in the ass (and not talking about priest rape).

What the fuck schools have you ever been in? I mean really? Typical conservitard bullshit: "Atheists think that they are gods, so the atheist schools are teaching kids that they are gods, too."

And before you knock education, please look up the word "propaganda."

If education is a religion, consider me a lifelong parishioner.

Interestingly, I appreciate a smart, honest person. Any other attribution is irrelevant to me. Not to mention an unnecessarily capitalised one.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
