My contact lenses are starting to hurt like a bastard. I set up a direct debit account way back in March for monthly disposable lenses. I gpt the initial three month supply, but then nothing but silence and static. Every time I've gone in to enquire about it I get told someone will investigate and call me back when the prescription's ready, but they never have.
So I got a review appointment tomorrow to sort shit out. Given that the right lens was underpowered and actually works better in my left eye, I'd say it was about time. That coupled with the fact that I've lost the right one anyway so I only have the left one left (which you'll remember used to be the right one before I found out that the right one was the wrong one in the right one but the right one in the left one - still with me?) explains why I keep making typos.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Just got in after a rather hellish day. According to my "new sleep schedule" I should have been in bed over a half hour ago, but I'm gonna stay up a bit. It is Friday after all.
