You believe in ancient tales which are very obviously the inventions of some crazy, hateful and ignorant people. Some of you believe that the world has been around for a shorter time than some permanent human habitats, in spite of the amazing wealth of proof to the contrary.

This is obviously false. No politician ever gets elected in America with the support of only 5-10 % of the population. There are plenty of Christians who don't see a conflict with policies that are in line with many of Jesus' most famous teachings.
It's hateful retards who are tired of progress that has removed their freedoms, such as... not being able to deny the same freedom you enjoy to people who don't like? Screw off.

With reason, I guess. We do like to tell ourselves that a person is a troll or a poe, but I think this is usually because we really don't want to accept the fact that there really are people this maniacally stupid in the world and here we are interacting with one.

No, no, no, kitten: I'm not castigating you for profanity. I don't give a fuck what words you use. I'm warning you that coming in fresh to this forum and starting out by necroing a bunch of dead threads and chewing out people you've never met, all the while spewing done-to-death strawmen and petty insults... that comes off as trolling to us.
Believe me, the christians here give as good as they get, but I'm trying to keep you from being banned, here. We've already had a bunch of new trolls here a while ago, and though they're fun, I don't want to feed into your persecution complex by letting you run rampant and getting a well deserved smackdown.
