Time does not affect Allah. Allah created time. We have complete free will. He knows what we are going to do before it happens. The 'otherwise' is the action that we decide to take. We have multiple options and scenarios, he knows of every possibility that exists and also the one that we will take. It does not mean it is written as no bad action is attributed to the causing of Allah. Murder is not because Allah wrote that this individual was to kill another creation of Allah.

Jesus Peace be upon him is a Prophet just like Rasool Allah, as well as Abraham, Moses, Noah, Adam, David, Solomon and others. There are a total of 124,000 Prophets sent by Allah. Possibly some of the many figures we know of as well. Socrates believed in one God while everybody else was polytheistic.
The Injeel( Gospels) given to Jesus PBUH were corrupted by various kings throughout time as well as Paul, Peter. Though some things did remain the same. It wasn't created from scratch, things added, erased, omitted.
