RE: Can a man and a woman be friend?

I'm 38/m. Photos of me are elsewhere. I have skinny legs and a pronounced belly. I think my face is OK, though, and a could get to being semi-attractive if I shed weight from my belly.
I have been mutual friends with many beautiful people. Although looks are important---it's good to display that you can take care of yourself, IMHO---looks are not enough to go by for a true friendship, platonic or romantic.

I'm 50, female, celibate, and dedicated to a life of virtue. All of which means that I get to wear the nun habit during kinky sex.

It is possible.... although... sex will always be on the back of his mind.

I'm 27.
Unlike Kay, I do sometimes make friends with genitals.

I got to thinking about this from a different perspective. I have a HUGE crush on a (straight) female friend of mine. She's sweet and fun and gorgeous. I think she knows I have a crush on her, but we're still able to maintain a really good friendship. I know my boundaries with her and I don't cross them. It's simple. I imagine that's what it's like for one of my male friends who I know wants to have sex with me, and probably would, if given the opportunity.
Also, I'm 37, bi female.

What if she crosses them, and you don't want anything more than you already have? The end of friendship?

Is it painful though. Being attracted to someone sexually yet not being able to express it because of whatever, doesnt need to be the exact same scenario as with you?

I have many male friends that haven't tried to jump me.
Not everything comes down to sex.
