I agree that I am part of the cosmos. And I have a model of the cosmos in my mind. I am connected to the cosmos but it doesn't mean I am the cosmos. The sun is the sun and I am here on earth. The sun shines on me but it doesn't mean I am the sun. What's your point?

Aha so that's what you mean. Well in this case you just stated the obvious cause and effect connection which we discover through reason and senses and made it look like a mystical crap. I'm glad we got all of this figured out.

Agree

I suppose I abhor religion for the reason that it makes otherwise normal people into absolutely hateful bigots. There is also the fact that religion presents itself as a veritable truth in relation to knowledge, when it is anything except that; lies should be shot down, not upheld.
