I'll give you good odds that he won't.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

The 'signs of the time' have always been around. You can bend the signs to mean anything you want it to mean. Wake up and smell the coffee, it's time to open up those sleepy eyes.

Did he? Than what force compelled him to sacrifice himself on a cross? Without that sacrifice, there could be no forgiveness? Why? I can forgive without killing myself. Why is my capacity to forgive greater than a god's? Why is a blood sacrifice even required at all, never mind by a god that makes all the rules?
Essentially, you're claiming that Yahweh sacrificed himself as the only means to convince himself to change the rules he makes in the first place.

Babbling nonsense. Even the best minds of Christianity for 2,000 years could not figure out how that works. Get back to me if you can succeed where they failed.
Quote:requires the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sins.
Required by who?
Did Yahweh, your god, require that of himself?
So your god required himself to bleed in order to allow himself to forgive us?
So he needed to sacrifice himself to himself because bleeding on a cross was the only way that he could convince himself to change the rules he made in the first place and forgive us for being sinful beings which we are because the devil spoke through a snake to convince the rib-woman, who was not the least bit surprised to have a snake talk to her, to eat a magic fruit.

Chapter and verse, please.

Chapter and verse, please.
You see, I'm even easier than Stimbo. You don't have to prove your claims to me (yet). Right now, all I'm requiring is that you show me that all this comes from The Bible and not your imagination.

Rev, just so you know... Even if you were able to prove that your god is real, I still wouldn't worship him.
Because he is a cruel, deceitful vain, petty arsehole.
Hitler and Stalin can only look on in impotent jealousy at the genocidal mayhem he has caused or ordered others to cause.
Seriously kid, if you want to have a god to worship, there are much better ones out there.
If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71.

If Arianism had triumphed you'd be calling the trinity silly shit. For once in your useless life you'd be right.
Dear Sir,
My life is not useless, nor is yours. You can disagree but would it be agreeable with you to do it respectfully?

So one knows the day or the hour, but He will return like a thief in the night. We can tell the season we are in.
He said he would return in the lifetimes of some of his original followers.
Pretty sure they're all dust now.
When did Jesus say that?

Weren't you the guy who assumed that no one here had taken the trouble to read the Bible? Now you're asking where to find Jesus talking about his imminent return? Fuck!
*Cue the typical slimeball dishonesty of another Christer who conveniently ignores the plain meaning of the text when it's inconvenient but insists on the letter of the law when it suits his prejudices.*

When did Jesus say that?
“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and will then repay every man according to his deeds. Truly I say to you, there are some of those who are standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.“ (Matthew 16: 27, 28)
Let's see weasel-boy try to wiggle out of this one. Should be fun.

Triple Deity
Quote:A triple deity (sometimes referred to as threefold, tripled, triplicate, tripartite, triune or triadic, or as a trinity) is a deity associated with the number three. Such deities are common throughout world mythology; the number three has a long history of mythical associations. Carl Jung considered the arrangement of deities into triplets an archetype in the history of religion.[1]
The God you believe in wasn't the first 'triple deity' either.
