There's so many good ones its hard to choose, but a few of my favorites would have to be motherfucker (classic), cocksucker, cunt (cuntface is good too), and faggot. Its hard to choose though, the best ones are always made spur of the moment.

I'll have to go with the neoclassical "shit" and "fuck". Fuck is just so throwable, and can be inserted easily into any sentence, while also working as a standalone. Shit works wonderfully well as an adjective, and is equally throwable.
"Man, fuck this shitty lab TA. She hasn't given us back any of our fucking lab reports yet, and that shit's graded."

I'm thinking that one attribute of a really throwable swear word would be it's ability to be accidental.
On another note.
My 3 yr old daughter was taught by my ex to call a fart a foof. She's started calling anyone who farts a foofter. I made a fart noise quietly in her ear at the shopping centre and she turns round and calls me a dirty, bloody foofter at the top of her voice.
I had to suffer a few child abuse insinuating stares from the perfect parent's club. :-)
Not as bad as when I accidentally taught my nephew to say cunny juice at age 5 but that's another story.

Awe I remember when my son couldn't say frutas. He would say, "mami quiero putas, porfis mami dame putas" it was so wrong but so funny.
