before genesis day 1, the frame of reference for the narrative is the earth's surface. Day 1 (epoch of time) starts with 'let there be light'. until then, the earth atmosphere zone was opaque due to the sun's disk of dust and other materials. after some time, gravity had pulled this material sufficiently together to form the earth which changed the earth's atmosphere zone to translucent allowing the sun light to reach the earth's surface.
Electromagnetic radiation was brought into the cosmos 13 billion years ago.

WTF? The earth atmosphere zone? You should realize that the earth moves relative to the sun, relative to our galaxy's axis of rotation, relative to the center of the big bang, and gawd only knows in what other ways. It would be interesting to see an artist's rendition of the locations inhabited by the earth's atmosphere since the formation of our solar system. But even my over-active imagination cannot make any sense of "earth atmosphere zone" before the solar system existed. You are much, much better at this than I.

Wait. Two pages ago, you were going on about the cosmological argument, and now you're okay with a beginning of time? You just brought up one of the theories on how the universe could exist with no cause. Why, exactly, does your universe require a creator, again?

And then on the fourth day, he created the sun a second time.

Before day 1, there is no Earth.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

by day 4, there were enough environmental changes to the bring about changes to the earth's atmosphere such as reduced volcanic activity, reduction in carbon dioxide and water vapor from plant grow. the atmosphere emerge from a translucent state to transparent. with the heavy overcast cloud cover now breaking up, the Sun, moon, stars became visible to creatures on the earth's surface.

hardly. "Day 1 (epoch of time)".
