I just looked it up online. It looks like a hardy meal. I sometimes make bacon or home-made sausage with eggs and toast for breakfast. I also like potatoes with onions and peppers. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

I think it is a way of getting siabetes quickly, it is all fried in oil.
