Yes- THREE WEEKS!!

We're going to see how it goes.  If it goes well, he'll be moving here.  If it doesn't go like that, I'm just glad he's back in my life, in whatever capacity.  Yay!!!

Woah!!!! How did I miss this?!?!?!

Zero to a hundred, real quick!

RE: Trying to Decide Something
We're both just ready to be back with each other. It's hard to explain. I feel like he was never really gone from my life. He called me this afternoon (early morning his time), and I was saying something about how I wished I had tried to contact him earlier, and he said something about how he didn't expect it to happen so soon. That's interesting on two levels: one, that he expected us to reconnect later in life, and two, that he's expected we'd reconnect all along. It's like he's just been patient.

Edit: Is the kid in the gif you, Steel? He could be you!

Lol no... it's my doppelganger, Drake.

I'm so happy for you rexbecca! It really is amazing how strong the connection between people can be. Whenever I'm sad, I always just strike a random conversation with someone important to me and I revel in that connected feeling. I really hope you guys work things out!

Thank you guys. For someone with clinical depression which usually manifests itself through apathy, I'm actually feeling excitement for the first time in a very long time.

Good stuff, Becca.

I agree whole-heartedly with Brakeman. This is a mighty leap of faith -- put everything you've got into it. As I wrote in a song once, you cannot cross a chasm in two leaps.

Give it all you got, and may happiness be yours.
