I am not arguing God exists. I am stating if God exists, do you think it's logical he can write a writing beyond the capability of humans? If your answer is no, then so be it.
The truth in my opinion can be verified with his words, it's just a matter of realizing the eloquence of the literature he writes. I'm not here to argue. I'm just giving the Islamic perspective, and it seems rational that God can write books beyond the capability of humans and the majesty in them and the nobility in them, would prove it to some people.
Another thing to keep in mind, is how the Sorcerers of the people of the Pharaoh all believed due to their knowledge of sorcery knowing that what Moses did is well beyond that, and the Quran can be emphasizing sometimes it's the experts who the miracle is most manifest to, the more intelligent of the society. Therefore sometimes instead of being quick to judge, we should see what the experts have to say. If you are interested, look up Nouman Ali Khan who tries to spread some of what he finds in Quran as mind boggling although some of what he states is not true, a lot of is interesting to say the least.

There's quite a lot of "fiery doom" for non believers in there. Burn them stupid non believers.
We have another guy who is really up on the Kerrang, hopefully he'll be able to share his wisdom soon

My answer is No. And it stays and stayed that because of your incapability to answer my second question in this entire thread. Give me a good evidence. And thus, your, sadly, incapability to find one truly good reason to believe. Sad...
A book doesn't verify anything. It is just a book, as thousands of other, that just tell a story.
The entire argument of God being better at writing than humans is silly. Because those books are written by humans. And no magic or supernatural stuff is there about it. Nothing unusual at all, just normal, long long stories. And there is nothing more to be added.
However, I did find out more about The Quran. And I nowknow some people around here. So thank you for taking your time and writing all that stuff, and thanks to everyone for participating in this discussion. I hope it stays open so we can debate more.
Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!
But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money!

I will share some of what I find mind boggling in Quran and it's sort of a hidden prophecy that can be verified today.

Yes the good old "prophecy" argument as if no other religion claims them.
Please post that earth shattering verse from the Koran here I am sure it will shock all of the scientific world. And no Christians never pull that either.
The only thing that has predictive properties is scientific method. Not the Koran, not the bible, not the OT not the baga gavitas. When you cannot debunk science, you try to co opt it. But all religions try this crap and Islam is no different than any other religion.

BINGO, good, glad you admit that, that is the first step to the road to recovery.
"Prophecy" is not predictive, it is a superstitious word people buy into. The ancient Greeks and Romans had priests too who used "oracles" who made claims of "prophecy" too.
It is basically YOU seeing what you want to see because you want to see it. "Prophecy" is not a forward prediction like science. "Prophecy" works after the fact because the person who reads it is reading what they want into ambiguous words.
You got it, it is not science at all, it is nothing more than what psychics do when they con people. It is a literary illusion, a mental device the writer used to convince you, but it is not a real prediction. All you are doing is shoehorning a meaning you want to put into it AFTER THE FACT.

Let's start simple. What is the one best prophesy that has been fulfilled in the Quran?
By best I mean the most:
1. Clear and unambiguous.
2. Unlikely to have happened.
3. Written before the event predicted.
4. Clearly fulfilled.
Just the very best to chew on will do.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

My proof is not about it being a prophecy, it just happens to be a prophecy that occurs today, it's not clearly decisive. Just wait to see what I have to say.

Jesus, you really are stuck on pretty, huh? Honestly though...what book is it that god is supposed to have written? If I write "eloquent literature"...are you prepared to call me a god?

Not true, you say? So.....maybe a better example would be someone who -doesn't- say things which are "not true"...eh?
