When you're in the room, sure.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

That is what Jesus wanted us to do! To love each other, unconditionally.

I'll take the first step here. Peace brother! Smile

I'm not quite sure how to respond to these seemingly contradicting statements, other than, these statements seem to be contradicting each other.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Well if they were bothered by contradictions they wouldn't have got past page 3 of the Bible without disbelieving it.

This is one of the stupider sentences I've ever seen typed in the English language.

Logic and science are actually concerned with excruciating detail, and while scientists are happy to say "I don't know" when they don't know (in stark contrast to theists who claim knowledge they don't possess, such as yourself), love is an intense emotion felt differently by everyone who experiences it -- even if the brain chemistry is roughly the same, the perception of events in the mind is uniquely individual. Love is anything but "exact". Love cannot be quantified. Love cannot be reproduced in a laboratory. Love cannot be seen on radar.

"Love is exact" is a meaningless pile of shit left on a well-manicured lawn.

Love is exactly whatever it is. Is that what "love is exact" meant? It's a tautological load of crap? I dunno, at least it's less vague said explicitly as a tautology. "Love is exact" is fucking vague and a sentence stem.

You can just feel that xtian lurv radiating from the screen, can't you?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yep. For themselves.

And yet I've heard tell it's the atheists who are obsessed with insulting xtians.
