....I was about to be outraged and ask what's the meaning of this, but then halfway through typing the response I realized it was passive aggressiveness and now I feel slow Big Grin

I remember from Coupling, they were eavesdropping on a conversation, and it went something like this:

Sally: I like what she did there. Very passive aggressive.

Patrick: What's that?

Sally: It's when a woman takes control of a conversation.

Patrick: What happens when a man takes control of a conversation?

Sally: ... I have absolutely no idea.

How's this one:

I notice the brakes on the company car are getting bad. Before sending the car out to get worked on, I check who has the car signed out next. If it's someone I don't like, I don't do anything about the brakes . .
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Example:

"Bless your heart, those jeans are just giving you a fit aren't they? Penney's sells some jeans that have a nice stretch to them...there's nothing wrong with elastic."

Translation: You're a big 'ole heifer, bitch!


NOTE: Any comment prefaced by "Bless your heart..." is a dead giveaway. Especially in the South: that means it's ON!
