Gaming is more about ping time - your connection is probably fine.

I re-checked my speed after my transfer finished, it's still bad (I checked actual usage on the router). Time to power cycle the router and cable modem.

Still shit. Fuck, now I have to deal with Comcast's legendary customer service.

Wow, that's weird. I was literally thinking of making this thread today after my broadband debacle (death to Richard Branson etc etc). Mostly sorted now, but I still swing wildly from downloads speeds of 80Mb/s to 5Mb/s Tongue

I've partially resolved my issue, but I noted that nowhere on Comcast's... ahem Xfinity's website is it possible to find out what speed the connection you are being billed for is supposed to deliver. I am not giving them the benefit of the doubt as to why that is.
