What about some millions of years since the matter became plant and the plant became an animal and an animal become a man (man-woman)?
Then why God didn't show up to a stone or a plant or an animal?
Give time Nympha.
When the human is ready then and only then God will show up but again the mind must be free from non logic dogmas.
Those who worship the abrahamic god seem to believe that the earth is only 5000-6000 years old. Scientists, archaeologists, paleontologists etc and people who use logic, know this to be false. The earth is indeed millions of years old and that there has never been any evidence that proves god or a bunch of gods had a hand in the making of earth.
God isn't showing up. Period.
Eh, I am not a religious person that think that the earth is only few thousand years old.
My philosophy is more than scientific that is why I also believe that the earth is million or billion years old and that is why I said.......only 2000 years old?
You didn't get it Nynpha, did you?
Coming back to the issue of why God doesn't appear to most people the reason is very very simple.
All creation is a God's mental projection.
From the matter to the water to the light to the air and space so it wouldn't make any sense to appear
to form of lives that still haven't got enough consciousness to understand.
For human is different because their consciousness is more evolved to understand but up to the point.
Unfortunately most humans try to hold on to the physical-material existence so there is no point for God to show the divinity within.
If most humans are still attracted to the physical-material existence then let them fool around this form of existence.
The day they will wake up and grow up then the teacher will appear to the student that are ready to learn.

You're just a religious person who believes in a trove of equally ridiculous shit. I understand the compulsion to separate yourself from those idiots....sucks to be you I guess?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Right, because that would be silly, yes?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Exactly. I couldn't put it better myself.

I think showing himself would be an excellent start. Curing every disease, helping with famine and ending all the conflicts happening around the world would be cool with me too.

This is true. If I met one claiming to be a god not described by any of our religions, I would probably be inclined to believe it. But if I met a being claiming to be the god of the Bible and it demonstrated similar powers, I'd be more inclined to believe this is an alien trying to deceive me. Unlikely, yes but not as unlikely as the nonsense in the Bible being true.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Hmm a suitably powerful alien intellect could do all that. These are not the sole gift of a god.
You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.
