Irrelevant if the owner of wherever they where coming out from has an issue, or the public trust has an issue of compelling state interest, which they both obviously would and did.  You can be an asshole on your own dime, and your own time, in your own place...nothing grants you that right elsewhere or elsewise - and stopping you from being so is not repressing you..it's keeping your asshole out of everyone elses' face..which actually -is- their right.

Defending their assault on the man is not defending them? I'm afraid I don't follow. Yes, the guy said that he enjoyed it, but that's just something us guys say to show the girl that their weak punches or slaps don't phase us. I've said the same in the past, but that doesn't turn it from assault to not being assault. I just watched the video again and noticed that at the beginning one of the girls was also insulting him for being white. Lovely bunch of ladies there.

Yes, when someone says they enjoy it and mutually engages in the act, it ceases to be assault if it ever was, and becomes consenting flirtation. My wife and I throw each other across the entire house as foreplay. Neither of us is assaulting the other in doing so. Overt consent is -the- difference between assault and rough foreplay, and he gave it..on camera. Next.

The ladies being Not Ladies™...... or even racist loons, doesn't change what -he- was up to, or why -he- got handcuffed, which wouldn't have to involve anything at all about the ladies on camera, it just so happens that they were the group he chose as a target for his beligerance that particular day.

Ok, he "gave consent", but was then clearly trying to get away from the crazy broad. Another woman took a swing at him too, and the guy didn't give her "consent". Is the guy a jackass? Probably. Does that mean he deserves to be assaulted for it? No. Did the police officer have any business asking the broad if she was offended by something he said? Nope. If he was doing something wrong and the business didn't want him around their bar or whatever, then fine, but the police officer had no business bringing offense into it. There is no right not to be offended, so the cop was acting dumb as hell no matter how big of a jackass the guy in question is.
