Or that's what it was 40 years ago. Some changes have occurred.

Damn, did you carry it all on your hips?

Eh? I was swimming at least five miles a day back then, 3 days out of 4.

I weigh the same 190 lb, stoned or straight.  I'm wearing a 38 w pant size now.  I'll be happy when I can fit a 36 again but don't anticipate ever getting south of a 32. My height used to round to 6 feet, but now rounds to 5'11''. Go figure.

1 stone is equal to 14 lbs, Pool.

It's funny - I think of people weight in stone, but the weight of everything else in kilos.  I think of people height in feet/inches, but my garden in square metres and road distances in kilometres.

Well now that I see I may not be so bad.....
I wear a size 40 jeans and I'm 229 at 5'10.5''
I was thinking in terms of actual waist circumference with my first post, which for men can be up to 6'' greater than pant size.
My scale with Body composition tech on it says I am not so great in that area. I'm still working on my weight.

Lol had to edit that. Don't know why I put what I weighed a few months ago.

Hmmm, 243 lbs seems like a lot on a 5’9” frame, especially a swimmer’s frame, and where would it all go with a 28” waist?

"swimming five miles ahead" plus power lifting to improve my swim strokes. I was coming off three years of physical therapy at that time and staying fit was a major goal and serious entertainment for me.

This was me when I arrived at Puerto Rico. I was 210 at that point. (And yeah, I've posted this before.)

I'm a perimenopausal woman in my 50s with a desk job. I think that's quite enough information right there to be extrapolated on.

5'9", 168 lbs and 30 inches.

So, tell me, is there a difference between the religious and atheists in body measurements? We could go down another thread rabbit hole with that one, although not as exciting as the bisexual thread. Big Grin

I've very rarely seen nor heard of a chubby Jehova's Witness. So anecdotal and all that.
