12st 7lb BMI 24.5 but why are you asking? you're supposed to be beautifully & wonderfully made in the image of your creator, glutton is a sin as is sloth so you must be like all christians & physically perfect. if not why not ?

Interesting thread.
Metric System: waist- 73.66cm; weight- 69.55kg; height 1.77cm English System: waist- 29in (morning); weight- 153lbs (morning); height 5'9.75" (evening) @Industrial Lad I agree that there is a difference between pant size and waist size. Despite having a 29-30in waist, I usually wear size 32 pants because the legs (thighs), crotch, and rear end in most size 30 pants (especially slim fit) are cut way too tight and are uncomfortable IMO.
I genuinely have no idea but I know I'm somewhere between 9 stone and 11 stone, and I'm somewhere between 30 waist and 40 waist. I always fluctuate between that weight and size. And my BMI is usually very slightly under ideal or very slightly over ideal.
Hammy... What the hell is this stone measurement.. I thought it was a joke.. When you say 11 stone how big is that stone🤔
