How do you like your ribs?

I had a full rack of pork ribs for the first time today.
It was really nice but it took me 3 minutes just to figure out how to eat it. Really nice but really messy. It was very tasty. But I must say for the same price I can get a big juicy pork fillet which is easier to eat, tastes just as great and there's more meat on it. Ribs are nice but I definitely prefer that. I'd choose the ribs if I was getting more for my money but I'm definitely not.
