Every so-called argument that the US gun lobby uses with their quest for more guns is weak and intellectually dishonest. They know their memes like "the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun" are nonsensical. Yet they keep repeating them over and over until gullible Americans buy into and spread their propaganda.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more incidents like the one in the OP that we just haven't heard about. -Teresa
