I'm not going to win this thread with a little hole in the foot. Jesus would probably struggle to win it actually.

I've got you all beat. I once was channel surfing and got stuck on Fox News. The battery in my remote died.

To be honest, I was expecting childbirth to make an appearance in this thread. Not literally of course.

Arewethereyet talked about it.
We do not inherit the world from our parents. We borrow it from our children.

Oh I got out of there like I had a fucking map!

Anywhooo...wife tells me that recovery is more painful than delivery. I assume that's uniquely the case for c-sections. I think I'd prefer to get shot.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I know someone who has done it both ways, she said that her C-section felt strange but not particularly painful at the time, but as you say the recovery took a lot longer than the natural birth. The natural birth on the other hand she said was horrendous at the time, the baby got stuck and they used something like a sink plunger to pull him out.

RE: Man that hurt.
Worst pain was a dental abscess. Most distressing pain I experience is C4 - 5 degenerative disc disease. This causes pain between my shoulder blades which radiates through the sternum and causes my left arm to go numb. Cardinal signs of a heart attack. I have experienced this pain almost constantly for the last 19 years. I have learned to live with it but what if I actually have a heart attack and these symptoms appear. I will ignore it like I do everyday. That's why it is distressing.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
