The historic sources(such as they are, and as opposed to gospel sources) for that will be an interpolation in josephus, and the fervent mythmaking of tacitus in his anti julio claudian history.
-as a sidebar, if anyone ever wondered how christianity got mixed up with rome, the common thread was antipathy towards the julio claudian dynasty and the events of the antonine plagues, lol. Roman politicians, like modern politicians, found their useful idiots in the christian populace.

Where did Josephus write about Pilate? Antiquities? And I've never read any of Tacitus' writings.

Well..Pliny the Younger did, who was raised by Pliny the Elder (his uncle). If Elder knew anything about jesus, christ, or christians..... he didn't tell Younger about it, in the course of grooming and educating him for his position.
We know this because the next historic ref after the first two is Pliny the Younger expressing (to Emp. Trajan) abject ignorance of the religion and investigating it. He was a contemporary of Tacitus. They knew each other, btw. IRL, lol. Guess Tacitus never told him about it either.

Try the references at the bottom of the page. You can read the quotes in either of those works themselves, if you have some eldritch need to do so.
Next up would be suetonius.

Suetonious, Pliny, and Tacitus, all contemporaries. The undercurrent here is that no one noticed or knew anything about christianity, let alone a jesus or some christ...until around 100ad. The first stories that filter in aren't representative of christianity as we know it, and speak more to the existence of christians and what they believed than anything else. Suetonius just calls it superstition, outright. A matter on which all three agreed.

All we have is accounts of Jesus written long after he was dead, by authors who have their own religious biases, most, if not all, of whom were Jewish or Christian.
So excuse me if I'm still skeptical LOL

None of those three above were jewish or christian. Josephus was jewish, but the author of the TF was not jospehus, or jewish. Interpolation.
We don't have accounts of jesus. We have accounts of what people believed about jesus, by people who didn't believe those things. It's good to be skeptical, in any case. Pliny spends alot of time formally licking the emperors grundle - which is just as likely to be deference as it is ignorance. Tacitus wrote an anti claudian campaign ad into his history, and suetonius was a tabloid author.
Their existence is more problematic for christianity than their absence would be.
