Well, The Rich™ already do get more for what they pay - so I guess we're good. Yes? Hell, they've streamlined the process and cut the middleman of the tax collector out. They just drop their ameros off directly with a government official.
I would like a chunk of that myself. So, if a person can donate 10k in exchange for regulations that create or protect millions of ameros in profit - I wanna know the welfare increase rate on that..and I'd like to be able to conveniently take my own ameros to the same office and get the same return. I may not have 10k to spend, but at 10k-1mil...I'd hand them five dollar bills all day long.

The rich pay more and should receive more. That's fair.
The Rich take more on the front end that's why they pay more. A small percentage of people control most of the nations wealth that doesn't seem fair, so why do you think them receiving more on the back end would be fair?

My solution to this problem would be implementation of citizenship tax. You either pay $10k/year to government or your citizenship will be revoked.
So, since I pay 33% tax on my income which is significantly more than $10k, and does not include the tax I pay on buying every day items (15%), or the rates (local government taxes), then I should get super citizen status and be exempt from petty little things like laws, right?

If true, that's going to kill your $10k/year plan.
Let's say there's 200 million adults in the US (I don't know how many there are, but round numbers are easy) and only an (arbitrary) 10% of those know how to manage wealth and are thus able to afford the $10 000 per year that you want.
20 million people at $10 000 each is 200 billion dollars. This is roughly 1/20th of what the US spent last year, and is a little more than one third of what it takes to keep the US military running for a year. In addition to now not having enough money to do much of anything, you're going to have to find some way to deport the 180 million adults and their families who couldn't pay the ten thousand.
I'm starting to think you haven't really thought this through.

What an incredibly stupid response, not only is that not true it doesn't even begin to address the point of my post. If you want to talk about people getting their "fair share" then you cannot ignore the fact that rich people make a ridiculously disproportionate amount of income compared to your average person. Why are you so busy worrying about a fair share of the taxes but not giving a damn about a fair share of the income!!!!!?????????
