I've seen articles that say that Biden should pardon Trump.
That would be a supremely bad move. Sure, he shouldn't ask the DOJ to "lock him up", but he shouldn't stop prosecutors from pursing things if evidence is presented.
Personally, I would love to see He Who Has His Head Up His Ass put on trial for treason, found guilty, and be summarily executed.

A fair trial and a fine hanging would be good. Shit, we hanged Saddam Hussein. Hanging the chump would go a long way towards reducing strife, anxiety and bloviation about conspiracies, at the very least.
