The term "school" is very fluid in the US. Add "accredited" for a different layer of strange..

Sounds a hell of a lot more accurate than Bishop Usher. The Hebrews evidently had elders with centuries of experience, but they're never consulted after they pass roughly 60 years in age. A NINE HUNDRED YEAR OLD MAN would be a good source of advice, IF HE WAS ACTUALLY ALIVE.

No. ALL measurements have error bars. Those error bars propagate through the calculations. In this case, the uncertainties in measurements correspond to an uncertainty in the age of 50 million years.

At any time, the world is less than a second old.

It is destroyed constantly and recreated immediately and we don't perceive the destruction or renewal.
