Fact - dumbass was a dumbass - and the cop tried to take this guy down - rightly so ...(it' s standard procedure for anyone who fails to follow lawful orders of a police officer) .... Compliance is not optional.
If you want to fight with the cop - I' ve really got zero sympathy for your dumb ass if the cop ends up putting a bullet in you.

Just lead with that, right? It’s not an execution…but even if it were, you wouldn’t be too concerned.
Last I checked, fighting with a cop wasn’t a hanging offense- but I guess that’s moot point in an extrajudicial execution.
