The difference is that an increased risk of heart disease is not the same as having heart disease.

As an analogy, think of crossing the street. A person who crosses the street ten times a week has an increased risk of being run over compared to a person who crosses the street once a week. But in neither case is crossing the street a guarantee of being run over.

I mean, unless Valks is driving and doesn’t like the way you look.

There’s this thing called “Google Scholar.” Use it. You clearly should have been using it long before you made your video.

Too much salt clearly leads to heart attacks. But so does too little salt. And, in the world where we live today, it seems that most people eat too little salt, rather than too much salt.
